We can’t have a conversation about bananas and not mention their tremendous health benefits. Bananas deliver a dietary punch because they contain fibre, and vitamins A, B-6, and C. They are also packed with essential minerals and nutrients such as potassium, iron, manganese, and magnesium, not to mention other essentials, including niacin, riboflavin, and folic acid.
Bananas are a favourite of athletes, fitness fanatics, and just regular folks. They taste great, they are convenient to pack, they boost your energy levels, and they complement cereals, yoghurt, and other healthy foods.
